Sales Analyst Reviews

What is it like working as a Sales Analyst?

September 2015
Sales Analyst:
Pros: -Senior level position. -Laid back dress-code. -Friendly Employees. -Opportunities for advancement. -Employees are encouraged to voice their opinions and suggest changes that will make the company more efficient.
Cons: -High stess. -8-5 work-days rather than the typical 9-5. -Role is not directly related to my finance degree (I would prefer to work directly in the financial/banking industry) -Very little training is provided, yet you're expected to know everything.
January 2015
Sales Analyst:
Pros: Reporting and analysis of big amount of data.
August 2014
Sales Analyst:
Pros: Working from home.
Cons: Not knowing where I stand.
May 2014
Number crunching, good work culture, Reporting to Mgmt.
Sales Analyst:
Pros: Excel.
Cons: No proper hierarchy, uneven work load.
April 2014
Problem Solving And Working With Others.
Sales Analyst:
Pros: Love the problem solving and ability to work with others to help make their jobs easier and streamlined allowing for value added activities.
Cons: Challenge of gathering the necessary stakeholders and political items that may arise but the challenges are still pros and cons.
March 2014
Pre-sales And Research.
Sales Analyst:
Pros: Handling pre-sales and all research activities related to sales and marketing for my organisation.
Cons: Currently not any.
December 2013
Sales Analyst:
Pros: I can telecommute if I need to. Casual dress atmosphere. I am the only one who does what I do, so I can take ownership of my work. I'm sometimes left to my own devices.
Cons: I still have to perform admin tasks and I hate it. I'm trying to break free from that and I can't seem to. I am often left in the dark about things that are changing and that affect me and that bothers me as I don't feel like I am valued as a stakeholder in my own job.
