Pros: Compliance of people with safety rules, no fatalities, and no injuries to employees,
Cons: Non compliance with the safety rules and regulations, poorly maintained equipment, Poor house keeping, fatalities and injury, poorly maintaned infrastruture, invisible signage, enviromental spillages, poor trained employees on the sop's and their jobs.

Pros: Patience and diplomacy because the profession requires a collaborative approach;
Ability to understand and analyse complex information and present it simply and accurately;
An investigative mind;
IT skills;
Attention to detail.
A flexible approach to work;
An interest in the law and the ability to understand regulations.
A driving licence is vital for jobs involving travel between sites.
Cons: Hotel and restaurant chains;
Large companies with responsibility for many office workers;
Hospitals;
Companies involved in the transport network;
Local authorities and national government organisations;
Universities and colleges.

Pros: Doing everything corncerning safety issues working on safety challenges.
And working with employees that comply to safety rules.
Cons: Doing all the inspection and finding no answers where there is problems that are not visible and working with people who does not comply on safety rules and the management that does not give support.
