CPI is a high stress-low pay company to work for
Retail Store Manager:
Pros: It's fun and different, and most customers are pleasant
Cons: CPI Corp. treat their employees horribly. They put far too much stress and pressure on them in order to make sales and bring in customers, without any motivation or reward. They pay far too little for what their employees are doing on a day-to-day basis. They use bullying as a scare tactic against their employees and have district managers who have no clue what they're doing or how to communicate to their studios.
