Under Appreciated And High Expectations.
Retail Store Manager:
Pros: The training. The resources. A lot of time is spent giving the most information possible to do a great job.
Cons: The dress code, the unreasonably high standards, the fact that they don't seem to care about the individual. They expect so much. They only hire people if they are good-looking. Stress level. Perks.

Pros: Recruiting, mentoring, having some autonomy, power and control.
Cons: Constant people pleasing, low salary, standing for hours, body aches, customers calling/turning up before trade and especially when closing, energy draining, fueling consumerism, filling the earth with more questionably and poorly manufactured overpriced useless inevitable landfill, soulless work.
