Great Company To Work For.
Retail Store Manager:
Pros: The education, training and knowledge you receive from the company about your health, wellness, vitamins, herbs and sports nutrition.
Cons: The store hours! The Vitamin Shoppe should not stay open until 9:00pm most of there business is during 9:00am to 7:00pm.

Cons: Shift work.

Retail Store Manager:
Pros: Helping staff with product knowledge and training for eg; customer service, marketing, health and safety, accounting and finance, stock levels, stock take, intranet and POS system, visual merchandising, attentive to detail, company policies and procedures. Hygiene and cleanliness.
Cons: What I dislike least about my job I'm in now is the fact that I solely work on my own for 4 days without proper breaks.
