People Person.
Retail Sales Representative:
Pros: I love being around people and learning more and more about their lives being affected literally by electronics. It is a field that I am very interested in and can only assume that others are, also. I know that for me personally, being able to call or facetime my husband is an important part of our relationship being that we work almost an hour away from each other.
Cons: I dislike the down side of customer service. People blaming you for their electronical problems, their problems with any service pertaining to their device, and some people not understanding exactly what you are trying to explain to them. I also dislike the dress code. I understand the importance of appearances because looking professional is a key part of my job, people trust me with a lot (their bills, an expensive phone, their only way to communicate with their boss for work) and looking as professional as I can hopefully gives them the confidence that I understand and know how to do my job efficiently.

Retail Sales Representative:
My advice to new guys is to forge good business relationships with the relavent people in the organisations that you are servicing and to get to know their operating systems.

I LIKE IT BUT IT CAN BE DIFFICULT.
Retail Sales Representative:
Pros: WHAT I LIKE MOST ABOUT MY JOB IS THAT IT IS NICE WHEN CUSTOMERS AGREE TO COME SEE WHAT YOU HAVE FOR THEM.
Cons: WHEN CUSTOMERS WANT TO CURSE ME OUT BECAUSE I CALL THEM CONSTANTLY.
