Pros: Being able to connect with local customers and provide them with better customer service than the competitors
Cons: Feeling under appreciated and not compensated for the work that is done outside of pay grade. Management treats you like your only purpose is to work for them at any time, and don't take personal life and things you've done for the company into account. Company hires family before considering potential loyal employees for jobs.
