Pros: Love being surrounded by people who have the same passion for beauty. My coworkers make the place what it is same with our guests. Ulta really does care about their employees and I feel like if I need anything I can always reach out to my manager.
Cons: I wish there was a better sense of work life balance especially for management. Working during a pandemic has proven difficult. We are all over worker and over whelmed
