March 2019
Easy work. Easy pay.
Retail Sales Associate in Jacksonville:
Pros: The job is fairly easy and straightforward. Most customers come in with at least the framework of their objective already in mind. My job is just to flesh out their ideas and create a solution for them. Most times, they just want to be talked into what they already want.
Cons: As the market changes, so do sales goals and targets. Instead of the normal customer traffic sufficing, big corporate is looking for business accounts and entertainment products pushed. Even if it means creating chaos to do it. Purchasing DTV was a big deal and now employees are paying for it with each interaction. Trying to shoehorn TV into each sale is a bit overbearing. Never having clear cut promotions or deals to keep up with competitors (because funding for promos is hard to come by) is a true nightmare.
March 2019
Its great, they are equipping us with so much knowledge.
Retail Sales Associate in Johannesburg:
Pros: Cleaning the store and opening it up to customers who enjoy a clean environment 😊with best customer service.
Cons: I wish they made the experience more pleasant by setting up a bar of growth made grow into being a Nike Model or ambassador or express you Marketing skills.
