Retail Sales Associate in Cork:
Cons: The hours are a joke in there. For whatever reason they will not give anyone full time contracts. Over the past two years they have cut back on the hours they used to give out to long time works instend they hire more part time works. It makes no sence when they know that were crying out for hours. Most people in there are only on 12-20 hour contracts which most work in 4 hour shifts over five days. Im one of the lucky few that managed to get the 20 hour contract i usually do 25 most weeks but am cut to 20 when its slow. I always do theses hours over five days after asking to do them in three or four days so many times over the years.
