The customer comes first so your ego never inflates.
Retail Sales Assistant:
Do this job if you like serving people, a good communicator and can tolerate the busy/quiet contrast of working in a shop. You'll need patience and a good backbone but flexibility helps when dealing with awkward people, powers of persuasion help a lot, and sometimes you can't please them all, without sacrificing sales I.e refund for the right reason etc. Usually discount for staff in store. The only way up is management and very important you have a nice personality here, for staff and customers sake, don't want to lose good people either way.
