Pros: Help others become comfortable with their age.
Cons: Thankless job for most part. Under paid and always overtime with an unexperienced supervisor.

Pros: Being able to help people. And to motivate people to help themselves.
Cons: The tenants that don't pay don't care and are just toxic to society.

Residential Property Manager:
Pros: Work environment, flexibility, team atmosphere, great management company.
Cons: Resident issues, pay.

High pressure, steep learning curve, high expectations.
Residential Property Manager:
Pros: Position of authority, power to solve problems and generate change, short commute, nice building.
Cons: Somewhat clunky bureaucracy, lots of conflict, target of a lot of negativity.

On call 24/7.

There needs to be pay for on call.

High stress position, people skills, no commute.
Residential Property Manager:
Pros: You don't have to commute a bonus in the winter time.
Cons: Live where you work, no rest, constant phone calls, very high stress position, no breaks, you can't leave work and go home and forget about work.

Dosent pay enough.
Residential Property Manager:
Pros: My tenants like us. We are highly appreciated and loved. I can use my education here in the office. I like the responsability. Showing apartments to people and being told how beautiful they are.
Cons: Hounding people for money. Some of the burocracy from head office. Changing policies that are not well communicated.
