Cons: On the lab side there is not an opportunity for promotion and you do not have an opportunity for perks such as a company car or card or bonuses like others immediately around you do

It is a great job coming out of college.

Pros: It keeps you busy and learning. Although you have specific things there is not restrictions on how to look for ways to improve how things are done, it is actually encouraged as long as you work with your superiors and follow SOP rules on how to try changes.
Cons: I have a long travel to work but that's my choice. other than that I do like my job quiet a bit.
