Research Analyst in Washington:
Pros: As a young employee, I have a lot more responsibility and opportunity to take on important, client-facing work.

Beautiful diverse city but a bit anti social.
Research Analyst in Sydney:
Pros: Diverse range of people to work with from different backgrounds and cultures. There is a good work life balance. You're so close to the beach.
Cons: Public transport is terrible. There's too many Finance, property development and real estate bros. Still can be a boys club sometimes. Sydney people keep to themselves and often don't make an effort to make new friends outside their friendship group.
March 2019
Always learning something new.
Research Analyst in Washington:
Pros: Working with very smart, very funny people who care about what they do.
Cons: There's a disconnect between the people at the top who go to fancy parties and get a lot of press, and the people who aren't paid as much and are actually doing all the work of creating the programming.
