Good Culture, Global Exposure, Scope To Learn.
Research Analyst:
Pros: I like the process (project) I am working on, I do research on Investment management firms (Asset Management) and talk to the investment professionals about their investments like where are they investing, what type of stocks do they invest in.
Cons: I like my job, their is nothing that I don't like about my job.

Positivity Comes As A Research Analyst.
Research Analyst:
Pros: The best thing about being Research Analyst is that, I individually experience the open arena to research to all the developed and developing countries of the world. Culturally, economically and socially we get to understand the world happening around us.
Another good thing about the research analyst is that you will get to learn loads of data entry works and master yourself in Microsoft excel and other online workouts.
To cut it short, research analyst is an unending learning work profile as an employee.
Cons: The leads that we generally generate are very limited. It does not seems to sustain this industry in a long run genuinely. However, if it entirely stick to only online research and secondary research, this may help to some extent.
Researching on my recent employer and its styles of operating has become traditional and limited sources.
Contacting repeatedly to the same respondent makes it really sick and sad to the both ends even if they are willing to help once or twice but that cannot happen every single contact.
