Cons: I don't like that work loads are unbalanced and hence I am constantly overworked.

Pros: I like that I know what my weekly tasks are and come in with an open mind to accomplish them while navigating the issues that arise.
Cons: I don't feel I am compensated for my work fairly as opposed to other buyers in the office doing half the work I have on my plate with less experience.
