Pros: Department is growing, allowing for more career growth. Direct manager has changed, and has expressed interest in setting me on a clear career path. Good office culture, some stress, able to work from home if requested.
Cons: The past 4 years have been a major change in job function without the corresponding raise. This has only changed a few months ago. VP is overbearing, and has caused previous middle management to leave.
