November 2015
Registered Nurse (RN):
Patients are people. Treat them like you would want to be treated. They don't always realize you might be caring for 4 to 6 other patients, so even though it isn't always easy remember they are usually there because they are sick. A smile goes a long way.
October 2015
Dialysis Nurse.
Registered Nurse (RN):
Pros: Performing a job that is truly needed and important.
Cons: The Clinical Manager has awful human resource skills. Unprofessional, makes judgemental statements about religion, patients, discusses employees personal lives. She is a very poor communicator. Possibly bipolar but upper management is remote and rarely deals with her in person so it is our clinic numbers that are evaluated and not employee dissatisfaction.

I good company to work for.
Registered Nurse (RN):
Pros: Don't get me wrong, my work is a business and they have to run like one but overall I feel very satisfied. We get competitive pay, benefits, matches to our 403b's, and we have lots of opportunities for free continuing education. I work in a beautiful building with lots of supplies and updated/modern equipment. I like the people I work with and that means a lot to me.
Cons: My least favorite thing is that it is a Catholic organization and it is always hard to figure out the insurance for women's health issues which really bothers me.
