It is a challenging work role that offers great opportunity learn and transfer skills and competence into making a difference into product sales and new business development. It’s also offer acquiring skills to support and enhance success.

Pros: Being on the front lines and meeting with great people. Oshkosh just has so many programs associated with the "People First" Mantra
Cons: Probably the same as most salespeople. It would have to been the engineers never listen to the sales department. Not unique to Oshkosh. Has to be true with all manufacturers I would say.

It's a torture and don't see what the bank wants from the team.

Pros: Stable job and fairly secure
Cons: The work culture and attitude of the bosses who have been in the system their entire career and think they are upto the best practices in the industry and will do anything to please the upper management including demeaning the team and rediculing them. Also in chase for more business and to compete with their counterparts sometimes they solicit bad businesses and accounts looking at the short-term benefit rather than long term risk.
