Regional Human Resources (HR) Manager:
Pros: The potential for learning the functional processes of running an independent school. I work for a company that provides important services to the community and individuals it serves. I see it as a positive and meaningful endeavor.
Cons: Poor communication, colleagues have limited technical knowledge and understanding. Compensation to responsibility/work load expectations ratio a little out of balance.
