Pros: That our managers trust us to take initiative on our own and b responsible for our tasks as if its our own business we running
Cons: The salary...lifes hard and tough..they can afford to pay us more..if they can open alotta practices in different places and that if the medical receptionist is off we must assist there..we work as locums..ive been there for 7 years bt im still not acknowledged in a certain way...we dnt get paid the salary of a medical receptionist..its not fair..we work hard and if i work more than normal hours they cannot pay you that overtime or consider doing sumthing good for you...

Cons: Lack of communication. Unfortunately, there is a serious lack of communication and what boggles me is that we do not have a large group; there are misunderstandings and plenty of misinformed situation all the time.
