Cons: Boss that usually pays me late and speaks to me in a patronising way. I sometimes have to deal with difficult customers and I'm the only one here.

Pros: The work culture is pleasant, work flexibility is a big plus, office conditions, stress level, perks, the management are all very reasonable.
Cons: I do not like the fact that it is difficult for someone to fill in for me when needed but that is soon changing as we are getting a part time person to fill in.
