Pros: I got to interact with customers every day. It was fast paced and always different. I loved being able to help others.
Cons: It sucked sometimes not being appreciated for all the hard work that you do. Being the hardest working in the company and the least paid. Getting yelled at by customers for something that was out of my control since I didn't own the company.
