Quite a Sexist Area to Work...
Receptionist in McMinnville:
Pros: I enjoy how small the town is, so commutes aren't so bad and most people know each other.
Cons: Rich people feel entitled here, so services for (more than half of this town) the poorer side are often denied because services cost so much and places aren't willing to help financially. Most places assume women are for lower servant roles, such as receptionist, servers, or checkout clerks. Not usually considered for roles of equal or fair pay, assumed to be fragile and incompetent, and looked down upon when having children while working. Men are so rude and loud, as well as calling people demeaning names often such as "sweetheart," "sugar," or "darlin." Not a great town unless you're a racist, sexist, homophobic, Fox-news-loving, hypocritical "Christian."
