Pros: my job, my team members, and my supervisor. We have a great bunch of people to work with.
Cons: Nothing. I like it all.

Pros: Helping clients, welcoming people with a smile, meeting different people everyday, interacting and helping in other departments when I have nothing to do on my side.
Cons: The quietness at times, it bores me to just sit around when I have nothing to do.
