Working Environment.
Real Estate Assistant:
Pros: I love that I telecommute, can dress down, work at my own pace, manage my own work load.
Cons: I am "on call" 7 days a week, all hours. It is necessary to commute for projects sometimes.

Make sure you ask for everything writing and all scenerios are written out regarding pay and some type of compensation for extra hours you will be required to work.
