Pros: Construction is a fun and fast paced environment. Creating the processes for continued growth is challenging.
Cons: Changes arising from a new ownership have made roles and positions less clear. Reduction in pay and lack of support in efforts to advance have created a stressful environment.

Looking Up, Moving Forward.
Quality Control Manager:
Pros: Being a QC Manager allows me the opportunity to strectch myself. I have learn much about managing projects and people. Coming from a heavy construction background, implementing what I've learned in school is a joy. Adding to my experience in the construction field is a definite advantage.
Cons: What I like least about my job is, the contract that I signed is not necessarily honored by upper management. That make you feel somewhat unappreciated, eventhough you are holding up your end of the bargain.

Hind sight is twenty-twenty, as to checking parts.
Quality Control Manager:
You can never be one-hundred percent sure a part is okay to run, and you must always learn from your mistakes because you will make plenty of them. Always document the problems you've had with certain parts, when they problem is not easily seen.

Preventing issues.
Quality Control Manager:
Pros: Mostly I like identifying strengths and weaknesses in my team members and/or vendors and helping them develop further their own strengths, as well as overcome weaknesses, so that they can achieve their maximum potential.
I also enormously enjoy foreseeing possible operational problems that might impact a trip and finding a suitable resolution, ensuring all customer flights operate smoothly and with no disruptions.
Cons: I love my job in all its "forms".

Quality Control Manager:
Pros: I implement quality systems and keep track of the processes, make improvements on existing and new systems.
I conduct internal audits.
I perform laboratory related tests.
I make sure that the customers are satisfied, they receive good quality, at the right time.
Cons: The silica produced is high, it might have an impact on my health in the long run.
