Pros: Close proximity to beautiful nature. Wide variety of ethnic food, healthy food options. Traffic/commute is not bad thanks to good public transit and walkability.
Cons: Cost of living. Cost of housing. Median salary and salary growth is outpaced by rate of increase in property prices and rents.

Fun Atmosphere.

Pros: I like the people I work with and friendship developed. Also, my boss is not pressuring or strict. My job is very flexible in allowing me to Work from home when necessary.I like being able to wear business casual clothes in the workplace. Jeans, nice shirts and any shoe is permitted.
Cons: What I don't like about my job is the lack of support from other departments. Also knowing that my pay is significantly lower than my peers that I work with and I don't feel valued or respected in my department by Corporate and Department Managers.
