Pros: I take full responsibility of all marketing strategies, branding, design, and communications that go out. I enjoy meeting new people, working with very talented healthcare providers, and learning something new everyday.
Boss is great to work for. Very open to ideas and gives me free reign to take action when I think it's best for the company.
Cons: Some tasks are still done in an inefficient way. I do my best to automate these tasks and fix any problems that may arise.
