Pros: The Monday to Friday 9-5:30 hours.
Cons: Dealing with difficult clients, trying to sort maintenance jobs.

Pros: Able to multi task - the change and difference a day makes - interaction with people/residents.
Cons: None.

Bounderies.
Property Manager:
Set good bounderies for yourself and go with your gut when interviewing. Be prepared for people who don't believe rules apply to them. Know the rental laws.

Rewarding & fast paced.
Property Manager:
Pros: Helping all cloents, both tenants and landlord to find stabilty & sucess. Having the abilty to organise and multitask several departments throughout one day (accounts, property manage - permanent, commercial and holiday)
Cons: Taking over from a previous manager, where little problem solving/conflict resolution took place and accounts were not cleared.

Property Manager:
Pros: Helping people and assuring in finding their perfect home.
Cons: Unappreciative people that are never happy.

Bad Boss.
Property Manager:
Make sure it is a reputable company that takes care of their employees with an office assistant, health insurance, 401k, dental, vision, a fair salary, and free rent if you live on premises.
