Pros: Love my residents, enjoy our on-site parties. MRG is a good company to work for and I like most the fact that they have many types of properties through out MS./TN. I enjoy the changes they make annually regarding easier ways to do our job.
Cons: I would like to learn more especially with new features such as lead to lease, other properties and wider range of knowledge would be useful.
