Too much for one person.

Pros: My employers trust that I am doing a good job and give me freedom to do so.
Cons: I don’t like that I do not have a full-time assistant or any assistant, for that matter. I manage 125 +/- rentals throughout the greater Denver area and surrounding towns. It’s too much for one person!
