So far so good. I’m a CM in the Active Adult portfolio. The benefits are very, very good. Great regional support, culture is good. Cons: a little did organized on rolling out initiatives but most new portfolios have some growing pains.

Stressful, boss forgetful, no understanding, no filter, boss does not care how your successful at your job running the property, underpaid twice monthly.
