Pros: The relationships I have built with my stores.
Cons: Not having communication with my bosses. They don't tell us when things happen at our own stores.

Property Administrator:
Cons: Resident are needlessly rude & do not take accountability to care for their own homes. Choosing instead to blame the situation on the Association or just demand the Association fix it for them. Cursing, screaming & the threat of physical harm is uncommon & was once physically assaulted.

Pros: Borrowers get to start their life over after repaying mortgage.
Cons: Properties being repossessed.

Property management is a highly involved job.
Property Administrator:
Pros: I love the level of responsibility that is involved in property management. We are responsible for providing a community that feels like home for our tenants. A high level of organizational skills, communication skills, customer service, diplomacy and tact are required in order to be a successful property management administrator for a high volume of units.
Cons: The salary of a property management administrator is quite low for the level of responsibility and administrative paperwork a PMA of a high volume of units deals with.
