Cons: Stresfull work, pressure from investors.

Rewarding, Continuous Growth.

Pros: I have the ability to continually grow as a professional because I work hand in hand with engineers and a design team including journeymen of all trades. Learning all components of all systems.
Cons: Being female in what is considered a "mans world". Not being heard because my knowledge is taken as a threat instead of helpful.
