Pros: The broad spectrum of repairs to the home that I have to identify and the control to fix them.
Cons: Waiting for the property owners to fund the work.

Pros: It is fun and exciting. Moreover, it gives a challenge to my life on a daily basis.
Cons: It may be tiring and it will drag you down if you don't have the faith to complete the tasks.

Pros: Projects change on a regular basis. The job is not boring. The job keeps you busy and the days go by fast.
Cons: The lack of qualified individuals to perform their job. The lack of accountability towards individuals when they don't do their job. Too dependable on outside sources.

Pros: • Day to day planned activities as per given target for the month based on OCP .
• Overseeing the activities going in a right manner and following as per HSE considerations.
• Motivating with co staff for discussing any difficulties they are getting / facing problems , immediately solving by giving right direction if not get it discussed with Snr staff and seek advice to overcome .
• Preparing two weeks look ahead programme based on given OCP for resources planning .
• Always eager to know new techniques or methods should be deployed in routine works for getting progress and right at first time to avoid any reworks ultimately loss to company.
• Attending Weekly meetings of site progress/QAQC/Consultants for coordination and better communication .
• Conducting internal audits , and involvement in external audit while revalidation of existing certificate .
• Strictly obeying company policies developed by CEO / GMD .
• Early Planning for activities required T Works designs to be Coordina.
Cons: Politics , transparency.
