Pros: My direct manager is a great mentor. He challenges me, involves me, appreciates me, trusts me, empowers me and makes me feel valued.
Cons: The owner of the company is ruthless and condescending. Additionally, EndPoint requested that I move to a new state and we and agreed on a rate of pay associated with that move; however, the following year i was demoted and received a 13% pay cut instead of a raise. I was not given any specific critiques of my shortcomings.

Pros: A3E has a great work environment, the fellow employees are so helpful and nice. The owner wants to be hands on and is always available to help and answer questions and really cares about her employees. There is opportunity to learn and grow and room for career growth.
