January 2019
Project Analyst:
Horrible morale, more cuts every day with expectations of workers to take on more and more. When people leave, positions aren’t filled, just expected to pick up slack. Every year an excuse for poor pay increases and bonuses.
January 2019
Project Analyst:
In my time at M&T, I found that the salary was not worth the jobs performed. Management did not listen to concerns or suggestions at all and made it a very difficult environment to survive within. The benefits used to be better and have been steadily decreased in quality over the years. We were no longer offered any sort of recognition for perfect attendance quarterly and were not recognized for jobs well done however, they did let us know anytime we did anything wrong.
December 2018
Crowded.
