April 2016
Production Scheduler.
Production Scheduler:
Pros: People I work with are great, funny, loving people. They are quick to help me figure out what I need to do if I get stuck. It is never boring. My customers are understanding and work with me to get things done. We have formed relationships. Suppliers are great and usually care deeply if we are having issues. Delivery is mostly on time. We have room for improvement but there is no great pressure to do it all in one day. Gradual improvement is all they ask.
Cons: Complicated process are hard to learn without a lot of notes, guidance and practice. I wish we had some classes to take on the software and processes, but generally it is all trial and error.
March 2015
Production Scheduler:
Pros: I enjoy the variety of different challenges I see every day. Keeps me on my toes and I never get bored!
Cons: Needing to give people tasks with no control or authority to see that they do.
