Cons: Zero Motivation, No diversification, dependent on few products, no career path & growth.

Pros: Every day I learn about new suppliers, new products, Import Laws and People management. Procurement helps me to plan my self as per the requirements of the sites.
Cons: Unnecessary stress. The sites do not plan the material requirements in time and the blame in material delays come on procurement.
