October 2019

Police, Fire, or Ambulance Dispatcher in Albuquerque:
Pros: Helping others.
Cons: The politics, the lack of communication between our dept and those who make decisions.
September 2019
Equally demanding and rewarding.
Police, Fire, or Ambulance Dispatcher in Aurora:
Pros: Helping the community
Cons: The political motivations that are driving decision makers in the wrong direction.

Expect the Unexpected.
Police, Fire, or Ambulance Dispatcher in Creston:
Pros: Working beside great people that support each other despite the lack of support from the Powers that Be
Cons: Being invisible to the City administrator and deemed replaceable and a headache to deal with from a rapidly retiring Chief of Police. Very hard to love a place that has upper "management" blatantly tell your department that he'd rather get rid of it and who is solely focused on just getting himself to his retirement date instead of the Department and its employees.
