January 2019
Plant Manager, Manufacturing:
Company going thru some changes, they do not have clear policies, from lack of office management, handbook up to date , management has always operated by putting out fires rather than preventing them, as a new manager trying to change the culture and get the group more organized to work smarter not harder, making good progress, it is new to company ,they are slowly coming around.Normally as a manager I have a little more control that can be frustrating at times, but I am working thru it.I have managed plants before and I usually can move faster with less politics. But all in all I think it is a good company with a good heart.

Plant Manager, Manufacturing:
I put in place a culture that people enjoyed coming to work. I listened and helped the plant run in an efficient, productive and profitable manner. After I left , it went to trash with bad management.
