What is it like working as a Picker?

August 2016
Picker keeps you thinking.
Picker:
Pros: Working with different products.
Cons: Repetitive but then again what job isnt.
February 2016
Stressful.
Picker:
Pros: I enjoy the company of some of my colleagues and also being able to just do the job.
Cons: It is salaried so works both ways. Finish early or late, you still get paid the same. Boxes are not provided by the company to pack products in. Everything is the pickers fault even if the driver drops the eggs. Current conditions are not optimal as some of the lights are broken and you work with the door open all night so you're exposed to the elements.
October 2015
Boring.
Picker:
Pros: Being able to wear shorts and tennis shoes to work.
October 2015
Fast pace work, with very little breaks.
Picker:
Cons: Hard work for low pay.
June 2015

Cons: Bad management skills....we are overworked most of the time.
April 2015
Cole haan.

July 2014
