Specialty Pharmacy Technician in the Emergency Room.
Pharmacy Technician in Muskegon:
Pros: I love being able to use my pharmaceutical and pharmacy knowledge to help people are they transition through the hospital. I love working with my team of Providers, Nurses, Social Workers, ER Techs, and Pharmacy Staff. I love the amount of independence I am given, and how I multi-tasking is looked down upon by the Hospital in an effort to provide the best possible patient safety.
Cons: I dislike how varied the pharmacy technician staff is, some are very smart and self-driven, and some are just phoning it in, but the pay remains the same. I wish everyone could be held to a higher standard.
