Pharmacy Technician, Lead Reviews

What is it like working as a Pharmacy Technician, Lead?

August 2022
Very stressful, unless you have a decent pharmacist to support you you're basically on your own.
Pharmacy Technician, Lead in Mercersburg:
Pros: The appreciation that my patients have for me. I know not every pharmacy has a good clientele but I absolutely love my patients.
Cons: I have zero leadership.

Pharmacy Technician, Lead in Marietta:
Pros: I like knowing that I am the best person to get the job done, that customers have someone who 110% knows what they’re doing working to help them.
Cons: I dislike the rushed mentality that must occur when we put money and profits and CEOs billion dollar salaries to the front and center of everything we do. I dislike cvs continuing to ignore unsafe practices our pharmacies are operating under.

It is a very easy task, but compensation is not what I've expected considering the workload.
Pharmacy Technician, Lead in Spring:
Pros: Customer care
Cons: Work overload
October 2020
Pharmacy Technician, Lead:
I love working there. The people are great my boss is wonderful. The only thing is the pay is not equivalent to other hospitals. They need to up their base pay and all departments. Everyone says the same thing the pay is not as good as other places. Hopefully that will change in the near future.

Old time drugstore in 2020.
Pharmacy Technician, Lead in Mansfield:

July 2020
Stressful.
Pharmacy Technician, Lead in Lake City:
Pros: The people I work with
Cons: Understaffed and under too much pressure. Risk of error is high. The focus on numbers on how many people we are enrolling in programs/promotions. Feeling like we are harassing customers.
