Interesting & Challenging.
Personnel Manager:
Pros: I love that I get to to see people from their beginning employment with Wal-mart and that I get to interact with a diverse group of people and of different backgrounds.
Cons: Sometimes the lack of corporate communication when new programs are rolled out or changes to current programs are made. Also, the "behind the times" computer programs and lack of WEB access or outside email capabilities.
