Pros: Their is many different jobs available, close driving for the most part.

Pros: Room for growth and development (promotion opportunities)
Cons: It is mostly on call work. The roster can change right up until an hour before start of shift. E.g. (cancelled shift or earlier start)

Pros: It is nice helping, assisting and talking with the clients. It's nice to be able to assist in making their lives more tolerable, pleasant and happy. I like to make them laugh and talk about their younger days, happier times, good memories.
Cons: Very demanding; insufficient pay; long hours; filling in for workers that don't really want to do this type of work but have accepted it because there is a demand in this field.
