Payroll Manager at Quest, Inc is very challenging and I feel I have an impact that employees are paid on time and correctly which I get a lot of appreciation that they get paid.

Pros: Pretty much happy they trust me doing my job and appreciate all the things I do on all situation to get all things done, going above and beyond specially doing extra payroll request from Management.
Cons: One thing I don't appreciate is my supervisors tends to neglect to check my rate of pay, will be just happy if they pay me what I am worth so I don't have to look for another job.
