Management is very unorganized and employees are underpaid. Employees are treated unfairly, a lot of favoritism and promotions are only given to those they favor. Somewhat of a racial company. You are not approached for the excellent work done. Upper management will take the credit.

Pros: there is no one standing over me watching me work. i can do my work on my own time.
Cons: My salary is the lowest of the low, having to struggle to get supplies, equipment, stationery , tools , everything is a struggle.. even the stationery that we need to work is hard to get. We have to beg for toilet paper and even to buy water. To top it all off my Direct Manager smokes in the office on a daily basis!! in her office, in our office, everywhere!
