Payroll & Benefits Administrator in Monroe:
Pros: I like most my guys that I work with. Not thrilled with the way the town itself is set up, but I don't go out much. Live in Toledo, so I don't spend much time in Monroe itself.
Cons: The way the town is set up. It seems to take forever to get anywhere in town. Not really anything else. I live in Toledo, OH so I am not in Monroe, other than to go to work.

Payroll and benefits administration.
Payroll & Benefits Administrator:
Pros: I enjoy interacting with employees and managers. I enjoy problem solving. Learning new things about Payroll and Benefits. Small office and not too stressful. Managing large projects.
Cons: No room for growth.
August 2016
Part Time/Temporary position, weekly 40 hrs not likely.
Payroll & Benefits Administrator:
Terrific bosses but not at the solid corporation level. (Fairly new company) Much needed improvement in all areas of running a business. Company in need of competitive pay scale, employees that take pride in their work, honest communication, any type of stability as there is a severe lack, goals, business plan, etc. Company needs severe growth in every aspect in order to excel. Company is currently managed with personal thoughts/feelings and as a garage type cash business instead of as a business seeking establishment in the community or a legitimate corporation.
